Each 25g serving provides 16g of plant protein from organic pea and rice protein, 2g of seven organic mushroom powders (Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga, Shiitake, Maitake, Cordyceps and Tremella) and 2g of four organic super greens: Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley Grass and Wheatgrass. These are whole harvested mushrooms with their fruiting bodies, not extracts. Certified organic by the Soil Association.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the normal function of the immune system.
