Co-created with UK registered nutritionist Shona Wilkinson, The Menopause Capsule combines vitamins A, C, D3, K2, B5, B6 and B12 and biotin with red clover, turmeric, ashwagandha, bacopa, kelp, sage leaf, maca and hyaluronic acid, with the nutrients in their most absorbable forms. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and vitamins B5, B6, B12 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin and vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes, vitamin C to normal collagen formation and the normal function of the immune system, and vitamins D and K2 to the maintenance of normal bones.
Hormone- and oestrogen-free, vegan and allergen-free, with 60 capsules per pouch for a 30-day supply. Designed to be taken throughout perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause; the brand suggests three months as a starting point. Not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
