Step 1, skin prep: start with clean, dry skin and skip serums and moisturisers before patching. Step 2, peel and apply: peel off the protective layer to reveal the adhesive side, apply to your chest and wear for 2-3 hours, ideally while resting and not moving around too much. Step 3, remove, re-store and re-wear: gently remove, rinse with water, let it air dry sticky-side up and return it to the storage sheet; there is no need to dry the patch. Each patch can be reused up to 15 times. Wear daily or every other day for best results.
