Muihood's Sleep and Calm Moxibustion Patch brings centuries-old Chinese warming practice into modern ritual. Its self-heating mineral core is blended with three herbs from Traditional Chinese Medicine – Mugwort (艾草), Bai Zi Ren (柏子仁) and Long Yan Rou (龙眼肉) – and releases a gentle, sustained warmth over the lower Dantian, the energy centre just below the navel. In TCM this point is traditionally warmed to ground scattered Qi and calm the Shen (spirit).
Modern life scatters your Shen; this patch is designed to settle it as part of an evening wind-down. Each box contains five single-use patches – one patch per night – and the inner herbal contents can be composted after use. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Best for: anyone who finds it hard to switch off at night and wants a warming, ritual-based wind-down before bed.
Peel off the protective film. Apply to your lower abdomen (the lower Dantian, just below the navel) 30–60 minutes before bed; it can also be placed between the shoulder blades if you carry tension in the upper back. Heat activates within 5–10 minutes. Single use – one patch per night. Remove after use; the inner herbal contents can be composted. Keep in the sealed pouch until ready to use (the patch activates once opened) and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid use on broken or sensitive skin. External use only. Not suitable for pregnancy.
